Include mindfulness practices in your everyday routine, such as breathing exercises and meditation.  Mindfulness helps individuals stay present and reduce the compulsive urge to check devices.

Regular breaks from technology can rejuvenate the mind. Set aside specific days or hours for a digital detox, where you engage in offline activities like reading, exercising, or spending time in nature.


  • Prioritize Sleep Hygiene


Limit screen usage for at least an hour before bedtime. Use blue light filters or switch to night mode on devices during evening hours to support better sleep.
