  • Therapeutic Interventions:-Professional therapy can be instrumental in helping individuals process trauma and rebuild meaning. Techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Therapy are particularly effective in addressing trauma’s psychological impact.
