A Wellbeing Cell is an institutional unit dedicated to fostering a healthy, supportive, and inclusive campus environment. It works proactively to promote mental, emotional, and social well-being among students, faculty, and staff. Wellbeing Cells often organize workshops, awareness campaigns, mindfulness sessions, peer support programs, and stress management initiatives (Misra & McKean, 2000).

Student Counseling Services provides professional psychological support to students facing personal, academic, or social challenges. These services are delivered by trained counselors or psychologists who offer individual counseling, group sessions, crisis intervention, and guidance on coping strategies. Counseling services are designed to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, academic stress, and career concerns (Gallagher, 2014). Together, Wellbeing Cells and Counseling Services create a comprehensive support system for students, combining preventive measures with targeted interventions.
