I am a Counseling Psychologist. I primarily work with Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my therapy sessions. I am currently focusing on helping Adolescents and Adults between the age group of 14-40 years. My aim in this field is to help people understand themselves and make them capable to help themselves. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and personal growth, tailoring my approach to each individual’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. My work is rooted in fostering self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. Through therapy, I help clients navigate challenges, heal from the past, and build a more fulfilling life.
