Dhannya has earned her masters in the two subjects she is passionate about, namely Psychology in 2007 and Medical and Psychiatric Social Work in 2003. Her experience of 18 years ranges from children with autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy and other neurodevelopmental disorders including the mental health of their parents. Geriatric population, anxiety, depression, maternal care, postpartum depression, cancer patients, corporate job stress and adjustment, healthy parenting are her forte. She believes in the meticulous evaluation of a case for optimal outcomes. She is certified in Mindfulness-based cognitive behaviour therapy and counselling skills, she has been invited as a speaker for stress management, positive attitude, communication skills, anger management, change management and goal setting for life. Organising thoughts in the right direction can solve problems coming in the way of achieving full potential. She believes in helping people to re-organise and optimise thoughts and providing a non-judgemental and accepting environment for the life of contentment.She is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, behavioural therapy and relationship counselling.

My therapist was great and I'm looking forward to future sessions. She was great at listening to all my problems and providing relevant solutions. Felt light-hearted after the session. Feedback to talktoAngel platform - Please give a warning or something towards the end of the call or 5 minutes before the call is going to end so that the therapist and I can wrap up the call accordingly instead of the call getting cut abruptly while we are talking. It's always natural for us to lose track of the time!

Why wouldn't more people use this all so powerful way of life. Very thankful for the patient listening and the scientific explanations on how our thoughts and emotions work and how to analyse and stay aware of them better.

My first ever attempt at voluntarily attend counselling and never knew how effective it'd be to just let out things that are stuck up in your head which you won't otherwise talk to anyone close for fear of judgment. Ma'm was super patient listening and attentive and making sure to fill in the missed points in conversation. Looking forward to the journey..
