About me
I am a psychologist with many years of experience in the field of mental health and emotional well-being, and the founder of Balance Therapy, a space dedicated to promoting calm, clarity, and inner balance through psychological understanding. Through Balance Therapy, I have worked with individuals facing challenges such as stress, depression, relationship issues, overthinking, and self-growth concerns, helping them navigate emotional difficulties in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. My approach is calm, compassionate, and client-centered, where I focus on truly understanding an individual’s thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I use psychological principles along with practical coping strategies to help clients build self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier thought patterns, and improved relationships. I strongly believe that healing is a gradual process, and my role is to guide and support individuals at their own pace. Through my work at Balance Therapy, my goal is to empower people to manage daily stress, improve emotional regulation, and grow into a more confident, emotionally balanced version of themselves. I am deeply committed to supporting long-term mental well-being, self-growth, and meaningful personal change.
