About me
I have been passionate about psychology since my school days. I enjoy doing therapy as it gives me an immense opportunity to uderstand the human behaviour, thoughts, feelings or emotions and learn from the interactions during the sessions.During the session, I have also understood the individual differences and have become more empathetic. Psychology has also helped me to know myself more and to look inward as well. I also enjoy spending time with my family, visiting new places and also love to cook and bake. All this helps me to mentally relax.

With the help of Sudipta, I am in a better place than before. She helped me understand things about myself in a better way. I am feel more empowered and equipped to do things differently and more confident and prepared to deal with coming situations. In past few months I have learnt things from her that will stay with me Forever. The way she connects with me, her understanding and rationality is a rare find and I believe anyone can benefit from this.

Ms Sudipta Das helped me to manage/control my emotions rather than letting emotions controlling me. They usually take an hours session and post to that provide you with series of activities that you ought to do in between your next session and this is just like how a normal doctor prescribes you with medicines that you ought to take in order to make your self feel better and trust when I say this that activities are not just to deviate your mind from the issue that your facing but rather to provide you with a better understanding on how to accept the situation and become more aware about your emotions and actions which definitely helped me out . I can be a testimony to the fact the sessions helped me out , again not to overcome but rather helped me on how to deal with such situations in a much more conscious and a mindful way.
