I'm a professional mental health counselor since 2013. I have expertise in addiction and primary psychiatric disorders like - depression, anxiety, mood and sleep disturbance, anger management, eating disorder , schizophrenia, relationship and family difficulties, personality disorder, psychosis, career counseling, child and adolescent mental health. Beside this I'm a memeber of NIMHANS mental health counseling association regulatory board. If you often feel weighted down by feelings of anxiety and find it difficult to express and experience loneliness regularly as a result , you can consult me.
