About me
I am a marriage and family counselor. I have expertise in premarital post marital counseling services. I am focusing to clients on solution based theory. I use techniques of verbal counseling, questionaire and interview method, .I am certified in cognitive behaviour therapy. I have also been a part of reforming and changing in lives of student communities and given workshops on premarital counseling, soft skills., I have done work shop on positive work culture in work place for the employees middle management category. I have been participating and giving sessions for employees of IT feild on out bound training .and also helped them in dealing with anxiety and stress. I have been an associate for elder care and worked to improve the quality of life for seniors citizens .Given geriatric counseling sessions for seniors to cope with dimentia and other old age symptoms. In short I am just in the process of both individual and institutional counseling. I have been associated with a school clinic in a school where there was counselings for students individual and also weekly workshops on self development .I am counselor in local family Court and have been instrumental in making family reunions and explained the problems to divorce and how to cope with. In short by my counseling platform I would serve all sections of society so that every individual would turn a happier person on this earth.
