Sort your chores into priority lists based on their importance and urgency. This helps in managing your time effectively and reduces Workplace stress. When you have a clear sense of what needs to be done and in what order, it’s easier to stay organized and maintain stability.
- Establish a Routine:- A consistent routine can bring a sense of normalcy and predictability to your workday. Begin your day with activities to help you mentally and physically prepare for work. This might include yoga, practising meditation, or just enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. Create a schedule that allocates specific times for different tasks and stick to it as much as possible.
