MRS. SHRUTI MITTRA
Shruti is an RCI registered Clinical Psychologist with 5+ years of experience in the field of mental health. She has an M.Phil degree from Ranchi Institute of Neuropsychiatry and Allied Sciences (RINPAS) and a Masters degree from University of Calcutta. She has experience in handling anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, stress management, anger management, ADHD and other behavioural issues in children, career counselling and couple counselling using CBT, REBT, DBT, Mindfulness etc. She is attached to reputed mental health clinics and has had her research articles published in International journals. Her interview has been published in the reputed national newspaper "The Hindu'. She has also appeared for television interviews of the regional news channel TV9 Bangla. She is passionately working towards breaking stigmas and barriers related to mental health and making psychotherapy and counselling available to one and all.
