About me
I am an experienced and competent Counselling Psychologist . I follow an eclectic approach and it caters to the needs and concerns of my Clients. I have worked with different age groups presenting different concerns .I believe that each individual has the potential to grow and develop at their own pace ,with the right kind of support and tools. My specialization lies in handling relationship issues, stress and anger management, healthy behavior modification, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, adolescent concerns, mindfulness techniques, promotion of healthy parenting styles, issues related to fears ,insecurities, negative thoughts, professional and personal growth, I also conduct Mental Health awareness workshops for students, teachers and parents. I am a trauma informed Therapist and a trained EMDR practitioner. I am also a registered member of National Association of Play Therapy India.
